 What the Owner Says

The property was built in 1900, and when we bought the house some 23 years ago, it was its semi-rural location that attracted us, but with proximity to Billericay High Street and Station, with its direct line to London's Liverpool Street. We've loved living here, making many friends in the village, and regularly visiting the local coffee shop. Which was originally opened by friends of ours. I am a regular runner and cyclist, and love being able to easily access the country lanes and bridle paths.

My daughter attended the village primary school and benefited from the smaller year groups, making lifelong friends. The accessibility and free bus to Mayflower School were also a big benefit.
